Casimir Effect is pleased to present Hybrids: Small Paintings on Panels by Patrick Burns.

“It was this act of shrouding and covering up that has stayed with me in one form or another to this day; it’s very loaded symbolically and is my connection to the Southern Gothic-mystery that what’s on the surface is not what’s underneath.” — Patrick Burns

The work in this exhibition is all mixed media on panels 14×11”.
